Timepieces

Every watch is covered by a two-year Quiet Luxury warranty against defects in movement, materials and assembly. Where the manufacturer's warranty is still active, it runs in addition to ours.

The warranty does not cover: damage caused by misuse, accident, water exposure beyond rated depth, unauthorised service or modification, normal wear of straps, crystals and crowns.

Bespoke jewelry

Our bespoke jewelry carries a lifetime servicing guarantee: complimentary polishing, prong tightening, rhodium plating and inspection for the life of the piece. Stone replacement and structural repair due to accidental damage are quoted at cost.

Claims

To begin a warranty claim, contact QuietLuxuryAB@proton.me with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a fully insured collection and dispatch the piece to our atelier.
