Returns & Refund

We hope every Quiet Luxury piece feels right from the moment you open it. If not, we accept returns under the following terms.

14-day window

You may return any in-stock watch or non-personalised jewelry piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping is non-refundable. Bespoke or engraved pieces are made to order and are non-returnable.

Condition

Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging, with all tags, papers and protective seals intact. Any sign of wear, sizing, alteration or missing accessories may reduce or void the refund.

How to return

Contact QuietLuxuryAB@proton.me with your order number. We will arrange a fully insured collection. Once received and authenticated by our watchmakers, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or misdescribed items

If a piece arrives faulty or differs materially from its description, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free return and a full refund or replacement, in line with your statutory rights.
