Each piece is inspected on arrival; if the work required differs from the package you selected, we contact you before proceeding and adjust the balance either way.

How it works
1. Select and pay for a package. 2. We email a fully insured collection label within one business day. 3. Your piece is inspected and photographed on arrival. 4. Work is carried out at our atelier and the piece is returned insured, cleaned and tested.
